Local Stockport accountants Warr & Co Chartered Accountants and Seligman Percy Chartered Accountants are pleased to announce that they have united under the single brand identity of Warr & Co Chartered Accountants with effect from 1st October 2021. The new firm will trade as Warr & Co Chartered Accountants, or Warr & Co for short, and will have offices in Manchester and Stockport.

Philip Seligman and Brian Percy are confident that this merger will  ‘allow our collective team of accountants and administrative professionals react more quickly to legislative changes and challenges, such as Making Tax Digital, providing a greater breadth of specialist knowledge to all of our collective clients’.

The unification of these two long established Stockport-based firms brings together a group of elite practice accountants and team of specialised office staff, setting the pace for an exciting future ahead for all clients and staff going forward.

In addition to this merger, Warr & Co  and Seligman Percy have made significant advances throughout 2020-2021, including the introduction of online meetings and consultations, hot-desking and flexible working for the team, as well as enhanced safety measures for office visitors.
