Sister companies Warr & Co Chartered Accountants and Usher Spiby & Co are pleased to announce that they have united under the single brand identity of Warr & Co Chartered Accountants with effect from 1st October 2018. The new firm will trade as Warr & Co Chartered Accountants, or Warr & Co for short, and will have offices in Manchester, Stockport and London*. Tim Warr, the senior partner, said that this update will ‘allow the firm to offer a broader range of services to the 2000 or so clients’ that they act for under the Warr & Co brand.
The unification of these two long established accounting brands brings together a group of elite practice accountants and team of specialised office staff in two permanent locations, and one satellite office in London*, and will set the pace for an exciting future ahead for members of the firm going forward.
The team are excited to be able to offer a broader service range to new and existing clients as well as being able to offer the flexibility of three UK office locations.
“Uniting under one brand is an important step in our long-term strategy to provide an enhanced service to our clients. The single brand enables us to better promote our values and services in a more consistent way, particularly in the new digital world.” David Lever
The re-brand brings no changes to directors or team members, and purely aligns the brands going forward together, so there will not be any negative effects on the service levels we offer our clients and clients should not anticipate any lapse in service at all. In fact, we anticipate that the only noticeable changes for clients should be positive.
In addition to this update, Warr & Co have made significant improvements throughout 2018 including the introduction of five cloud accounting solutions, the brand new Warr & Co app and the new, improved, more comprehensive website. We hope you will enjoy all of our service and digital upgrades as a result of our teams efforts over the past few months and we look forward to sharing more improvements with you going forward.
